I'm surrounded by the incredible presence of giant sequoias, and I can't help but be amazed by the powerful lessons these trees offer.

Despite their towering individuality, they're connected beneath the surface a network of roots that mirror the relationships that we form with others.

And just as these sequoias coexist with a diverse range of life, we can draw strength from collaboration and the beauty of diversity. And when challenges arise, these giants support each other by sharing resources through their roots.

Just being here among these trees reminds me of the vital importance of connection, support and listening. It's also a reminder that our individual journeys are part of something much larger, a tapestry of experiences, a network of lives intertwined.
