You leave with something real, functional, and confidence-building.

A Licensed Groksmith is someone who’s walked their own red-thread journey and carries a deep well of lived experience, creative insight, and practical wisdom.
But they’ve also apprenticed in how to hold space for other grokkists — the emotional scaffolding, facilitation skill, pedagogical flex, and respect for neurodivergent rhythms that make this work feel safe, supportive, and real.

A note on pricing
You’ll notice there’s a big difference between member and non-member rates. That’s intentional.
Our non-member rates reflect standard market pricing for this kind of work — and that’s what we charge when we’re doing externally-facing, professional services work. But Groksmithing is more than a service. It’s a contribution to a living, regenerative ecosystem.
